Canteen volunteers needed!
Throughout the school year, we offer a selection of foods for students to purchase at the canteen. To make this possible we need help from our parent/guardians. Our canteen is dependent on volunteers like you. If you can spare some time and help us run our canteen during the lunch time breaks, it would be greatly appreciated.
Note that all volunteers must have their criminal record checks and child abuse checks completed.
Student, Staff and Parent Volunteers: What we expect from you
- SMS values of respect, honesty, integrity and kindness towards all students and staff at all times. Treat everyone fairly and with respect..
- Be a good role model for all SMS students.
- Sell canteen items in appropriate amounts at the designated cost
- Have appropriate hygiene and hand washing techniques
- Be honest and reliable.
- Show enthusiasm and enjoyment – have fun!
